2001-2004 : Création d’une SARL « La Halte Verte » dont l’objet était de promouvoir le développement durable en LIMOUSIN.

1998-2001 : Directeur général adjoint de la Régie Industrielle des Etablissements Pénitentiaires (Ministère de la Justice).
Contractuel, chargé de la politique Industrielle, des Projets de Système d’Informations et de la Direction qualité
La Régie compte 48 ateliers  pour un effectif de 1400 personnes, dont 130 encadrants
Dans 10 métiers différents. Le budget est de 140 MF (21.3 M Euros)
Mise en place d’un réseau virtuel privé avec Cegetel, câblages par site, mise en place d’un ERP (Budget 20 MF)
Mise en place de codification informatique pour les GPAO
Audit et réorganisation des ateliers, notamment en Métallerie et Menuiserie. Adaptation de méthodes industrielles de gestion au système de la fonction publique.
Mise en place de sites en Iso 9002
Connaissance approfondie des mécanismes des  marchés publics et passation d’appels d’offres.

1995-1998 : DIRECTEUR DE PRODUCTION - RESPONSABLE DE SITE.MOULAGES DU VELAY (50 personnes).
Injection de thermoplastiques.
- Grande série. Flux tendu. Travail en 5/8.
- Boîtiers VIDÉO, CD ROM (2500 T/an).
- Petite et  moyenne série. Pièces techniques : Électroménager, puériculture, loisirs...
Réalisations : Mise en place de la G.P.A.O et de la maintenance préventive et prédictive.

1993-1995 : DIRECTEUR DE PRODUCTION - RESPONSABLE DE SITE . COURANT (90 personnes).
Extrusion de gaines et tubes (10.000 T/an).

Réalisations : Mise en place d'une structure performante (méthodes, technique).
Gain de productivité de 10%. Diminution du taux de rebuts de 3%. Abaissement du coup de la maintenance.

1992-1993 : CONSULTANT EN ORGANISATION  ET QUALITÉ. S.M.C. INTERNATIONAL.

Après avoir mis en évidence, sur les lignes de production, les dysfonctionnements de tous  ordres,  j'ai, par la mise en place d'actions de progrès, permis des gains de capacité de 30%.(DANONE, KNORR).
Aide à la mise en place de structure de qualité (ARTISANERIE, DEFITRACE, IMPRIMERIES).
